Saw the advert on Facebook for an art cutting pen. Looked the business, even saw Sarah Davies using it in a store. Silly me ordered 2! At checkout my ‘deal’ went from £15.99, add on Shipping £3.99, add on VAT £4.79, then add on Insurance £0.80 and got a huge discount of -£1.60, because I bought 2! So my £15.99 purchase ended up £23.96!! Never again! :(

same as everyone else i think- though i was ordering from different company they took more from paypal than i agreed to and jeans not what i ordered at all and faulty , offered £2,£4,£6 then £10 back complete joke , company based in London but has address in China .Ive raised it with bank and il report to trading standards today never thought of paypal but il do that too shocking and so corrupt
AVOID THIS COMPANY. I should have read reviews before ordering. Goods may/may not arrive but an authorised £20.99 payment has gone through as £26.24 (“free shipping” not so free maybe!?). Be warned. Read other reviews here. I wish I had done so.
Do not buy from this company. I bought some jeans which are very bad quality and they don’t fit. There is no returns/refund policy and they offered me £6 when I paid £24.
Facebook ad for heated socks, company listed as awisdomas with website - couldn’t find any buyer reviews (other than those on ad) purchased anyway at ‘sale price’, 22.99, by time I authorised with PayPal, delivery charge 3.99 added. By time of purchase and order confirmation, delivery insurance added of .75. But on my bank statement, £34.98 removed by seller meazichkpw, plus 2 days later another 6.75 by a company called meazichkpw. Have not been able to find original website or Facebook ad since, I have had a response to my order confirmation email (from healthy-trips), saying looking into refund, if I don’t hear from them refund is being processed, but having looked at these reviews clearly a scam/fraud and will go straight to PayPal.
Avoid as scam thought was buying jeans from Halarn but wasn't. Bought 25th September firstly they overcharged me .and still all this time no delivery Iam fighting for refund but getting nowhere so left out of pocket with no jeans and no refund PLEASE DONT USE
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I felt sure I was buying from Halara but this was not the case. I ordered jeans that were really poor standard. I want to return them, they won't offer a return address. Out of principle I am willing to pay the postage back just to prove a point and get a refund. I don't believe this company is operating to the correct standards. They suggested I gift my jeans to a friend!! And offered a maximum of 6gbp (after offering 3, then 4gbp!) They need removing from advertising, there's so much wrong with their system. Even try to charge more than I agreed to pay, but they did amend that.

I order the jeans from Facebook advert, why didn't I check the reviews first silly me... they were advertised at £19:99 I've been charged £31.50 I've been getting shipping updates but expecting they will be rubbish. I wish fb would check these adverts as there all scams just to get your money...
The jeans I ordered are too big and you won’t give me an address to send them back I’ve also asked for an exchange and you’ve said no so I’m left with a pair of jeans that are no use to me at all

They are scam company advertising/ pretending to be Halara jeans. Been waiting weeks for my jeans, and I've requested a refund several times with no success...... Just this morning after communication with Halara did they explain where and who my money went to. Keep away and save your money 💰!! They need investigating and closing down!!!! Fake halara jeans. Not the same item the link came from at all. Zip side, thin waistband, not worth the £25 I paid at all. Offered £6 refund and no option to send back. Avoid this weird random Company.
