The website purchase was smooth and easy. Although a slightly different product was accidentally shipped, they immediately—on the same day I notified them—sent the correct item, even before I returned the original. They also provided a prepaid return shipping label. This is the first time I’ve experienced this level of quick and effortless customer service. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, gracious, and kind. The replacement item arrived promptly and is perfect—I love it!

The print is light. I had to keep tapping boxes that are generally easy-six times to accept my cart addition. Did you really want my business? Screen kept “refreshing”. Not sure if that is your company or the iOS version. I hope the delivery is quick and that product is what I need.
Thank you William for a thoughtful review, even though we wish it could be better, I think the refreshing was your phone/computer as that isn't an issue we have had reported before. As far as the tiny x box. I think it is red, but if you are on a small phone, it is even smaller. Maybe you will consider giving us at least a 3 star review if not higher. :)) Cheers.
The customer service I have received has been excellent! You deal directly with those who own this business and they are pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Kim went out of her way to help me with an issue I had with a coupon. Exceeded expectations!! My first order went seamlessly and I am very happy with my product and the pricing (less than my dr's office for the same product). I am awaiting my second order now and expect to have no issues. The membership fee is well worth it and I will remain a customer. Highly recommend!!!

I liked the price, but it turns out the product was not in stock as advertised on their website. It did not arrive in 3 to 5 days as advertised. And, I was not notified that it was out of stock. I had to make an inquiry to find out this information. I suggested they update their website to show true status. They didn't. I eventually got the product and it works great, but I would have gone elsewhere to get it sooner had I known.

I haven’t received the charger ordered January 7th.
Because you put on the wrong City and zip code, your charger is moving around Illinois. We have been emailing you. It is possible that the product might eventually make it to you.
First and most importantly, I was unaware of a company like (HEARSYOU). I lost my hearing around six months ago after an explosion, which left me feeling lost. I don't believe the audiologists truly understand what it's like or what device you need. Once again, thank you for making a difference!
