I was looking for a scooter for my mother. I researched it online and found some sites that were selling the scooter for the same price. Heavy duty mobility was willing to beat the price as they had a 5% discount. They were also. Extremely kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and what they did not know. They contacted the company to find out and got back to me the same day. They kept me in the loop with shipping and also reached out to me to confirm receipt and to make sure everything was correct and working properly. Very impressed

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. After talking to Raphael I felt a much more comfortable about the idea of having a scooter shipped all across the country am in Seattle WA. The scooter arrived,in shipping and had a torn seat. Ops Raphael took care of the problem got me a new seat ASP negotiated with the makers of my scooter.for me. Couple months into having my scooter. I had an issue with the wheel making a noise.. Called my dealer Raphael he worked tirelessly negotiating with the maker of the Scooter to make sure the issue got fixed . Would’ve loved not to have any issues with my new scooter, but knowing Raphael was on my side, helping me anytime there was an issue to get the problem fixed was a huge blessing. Raphael Perlmann Has restored my faith in Customer service . So many companies sell your product and then they don’t care they got their money ! Not that way at heavy mobility scooters store . I have seen that this company and Raphael Perlmann cares about their customers after the sell. I will recommend to my mother and any other family member, and friend to order a scooter from Raphael Perlmann ..: His care and consideration for me and my Scooter has definitely restored my faith and Customer service . This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. There was no pressure, just suggestions I appreciate people who don't pressure you into buying something.

I bought a mobility scooter for my upcoming vacation. I needed something to take me over grass. The staff at heavydutymobility.com were more than patient, guiding me with all my endless questions with endless patience! The scooter itself is from the Afiscooters brand, which was recommended and so far, so good.
Very pleased with the advice and help in getting a mobility scooter. I can't walk very far anymore and needed a reliable machine, not a cheaply-made one. Staff were very assistive.
