Homey & Reliable Coliving Experience with Hei Homes
Stayed with Hei Homes properties in 2019 (Sturdee View) and again in 2023-2025 (Moulmein Road), and I truly loved both experiences. Their coliving spaces feel genuinely homey like a real home away from home. The communal areas are spacious, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed, unlike other coliving setups that feel cramped. They also have a wide range of other coliving properties in central locations, which makes it convenient depending on your lifestyle and work needs. Their hotline is responsive (within office hours 😅), which makes a big difference, and they provide kitchen essentials, something not all coliving providers offer. Overall, a great coliving experience with comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Only rent with them if you don't find…
Only rent with them if you don't find anything else. The East Coast house is in abysmal condition, with something breaking every week. Furthermore, the utility cap is too low, so you pay extra every month. At least they are quite responsive, even though it usually takes quite some time until a problem has been adressed.
