Better and quicker than I thought

I purchased a Mi Band 6 from Hekka and received it within 1 month. This is much quicker than I thought. The product itself functions as intended.

Excellent headphones for a great price!!

I have used other expensive open ear headphones but this one I liked the most. The main reason is the voice quality is very good and phone conversations are very clear. Battery life is very long as compared to others. I'm buying another pair for my friend as a gift.

Good Apps and Company

Good product quality and helpful when something goes wrong they fix it.

Ordered from their website

Ordered from their website, mentioned no EU import taxes. I got charged after two weeks €155+. Won't order again . Pissed off !!!

Great product

Great product. Ideal size for me with solid build quality. My best purchase this year. This would be the perfect pocket torch for travel if it also doubled as a USB-C power bank. Easy checkout, payment and tracking with prompt dispatch.

I recently made a purchase on hekka.com and I am very satisfied with both the speed of shipping and the after-sales customer service. In addition to the promotions, the service is very good.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. I bought an item online and did not receive any tracking number. When I followed-up with the team, they provided a prompt response and item dispatched in a timely manner.

Great shopping experience

Fast delivery

Didn't know this store. Saw some products I was looking for below the normal price, doubted if they were the real deal but because it was only 30$ I ordered it and waited. To my surprise all arrived from China to EU in a few weeks time, faster than expected and everything works like advertised!
