I ordered boots ,got an apology for them not being delivered in the usual 72 hours ,I've emailed to ask when I am going to get my order got no response and I'm still waiting for my order over a week now and I'm getting 2 texts a day offering me discount on new orders I cant reply STOP as stated because it wont send and ive blocked 2 numbers now from them texting me and they just use another number and do it again I'm pretty sure I'm being scammed and I've paid them the best part of £40 !!!! By sending the right item that they portray in the picture they show you. i ordered a long light green chunky knit cardigan to layer for outside colder weather, it came grey muddy green colour im a size 14 it wouldnt fit a size 6 it wasn't chunky the workmanship was something to be desired it was horrendous, i got in touch with company customer care terrible, i will never shop wirh this company again appalling.

I bought my Christmas Jumper as it looked lovely on the picture…I received my Christmas Jumper today - looks nothing like the one on the model, different material, no glitter - just a print. Gutted as I was looking forward to wearing it 🥲
Just to add I received an apology from Hekka and they have refunded me my monies. Good Customer Service.

Terrible customer service, when you go to the website you get offered 10% off as a first user. When you give them your email, you get an email with coupon codes which gives you 10% off and 20% off. However when you try to use it, they don't work and when I talked to customer service, they said it will only work for clothes (when in the email it clearly says electronics). Really makes a company untrustworthy!

I am always worried about purchasing items I see on a Facebook or Instagram ad, and it probably took me a month before I decided to actually by anything, but I am glad I did. I bought two dresses and love them both. They are comfortable, fit great, and they shipped a lot quicker than I expected

I was very hesitant to order from them after reading so many negative reviews. Thankfully, I gave it a try! I received my order in about 2 weeks. The quality of items (2 swimsuits,and a dress) is pretty good! They are true to size. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them.
