I was a loyal player on their site and spent so many years on it just to be banned wrongfully with the reason "AUTOBAN MULTIACC ABUSE". Despite this error and that I NEVER used any other account than mine, it's so frustrating and unfair for something like this to happen to you. Put yourself in my place and if you're reading this, just imagine. It may be hard to believe me, but it's true, and I hope this review and message will reach out more people, it's not gonna change anything, but atleast I told my experience and maybe there are also people who were in my situation but never spoke about it publicly. Also, contacting their supporting and doing whatever you can on fixing this problem, it's just not gonna work, I did absolutely everything I could to do and seems like no one from Hellcase cares. In my case, everything happened some time ago, and everything it's the same as back then even if I tried again to speak to Hellcase, to their support and everywhere I could. The same scripted responses or not responses at all

Hello guys, everything is fine but you have to add canceling battle case match, because i want to play sharing mode but alway accidently start other mode then i can not stop it and take my money back and always lose because of it
Case battles feels rigged. I know you are playing against the house and house always wins but the feeling is that when you play against the bots, you will lose on the last round.
Also, the case prices are not updated at all. The prices on steam are down but they keep the skins at a high cost while offearing half of that when you want to refill with skins.
If you want to have some casual fun, the site is ok. But do not be like me, I made lv 25 in like 2 months and I feel scammed every day of the week.

You win at first then they change the secret sever whatever and then you lose 10-11 duels when it’s supposed to be 50 / 50 make sure you take the gun don’t sell it you lose it all . I won a 96 dollar gun and sent I spent a lot already I sold it for credit . My we cheat some times provably bs kinda mad I only came here to try and get instant trade ins but you level is so slow I’ve deposited hundreds and hundreds
