DO NOT DEAL WITH CHYROMED WORKS SDN BHD MALAYSIA aka HERCULIFE!!! It has been about 6 months now since I asked for a refund for a cancelled order. In February, their Business Development Director indicated that their finance department was processing it, but days and weeks passed and I DID NOT receive anything. Between February and June, I sent about 30+ emails asking to process my refund. There were many times when I did not even get any response. Lately, they agreed to send me my money via a remittance company which is supposed to be fast and easy compared to a wire transfer. I was following up the status with the Business Development Director to no avail. This is such a highly unprofessional, unscrupulous, apathetic, dilatory online vendor. They made me believe that my refund was coming, but only to realize later that nothing was done. They gave me empty promises, broke my trust and took advantage of the fact that I live outside Malaysia. The deliberate intention to withhold my money and repeated unresponsiveness have turned this case into a criminal fraud! I will be referring this matter to the proper Malaysian authorities. This is the kind of company that should be closed down!!! GP
