Dear Thaïs Bourre, We are incredibly sorry to hear about the multiple issues you faced during your stay. Having to deal with leaks, missing essentials, and construction noise is stressful, and we clearly fell short of delivering the smooth, comfortable experience we promise our guests. We are already addressing the maintenance and cleaning feedback with our onsite team to ensure this doesn't happen again. We value your feedback and would love the chance to connect with you directly to address your concerns and find a fair way to make things right.

Hey Monika, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! Moving across the world for a 5-month study program is a major milestone, and we’re so glad we could provide that peace of mind for you as a parent. Quick responsiveness and practical support are exactly what we aim for. Our "guardian angels" Eva, Elina, and Sophie are beaming after reading your special shout-out! Safe travels, and we look forward to your next visit! 🚀

Hello Nina, Thank you so much for the amazing review! Moving to a new city for an exchange program is a huge adventure, and we are so glad we could make finding a home in Shanghai easy for you. It was an absolute pleasure having you stay with us, and our team is always here to help. Good luck with the rest of your studies, and you're always welcome back! 🌏✨

Hey Augustin, Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We love hearing that you preferred staying with us over a traditional hotel—that’s exactly the vibe we aim for. It’s awesome to know the apartment was up to par and our team was on it. Whenever business brings you back to Shanghai, you know where to find us! 🙌

Hello Augustin Daviaud, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear Sophia provided professional service, though we are sorry to hear you felt frustrated otherwise. Regarding your interaction with our management: our team prioritizes securing housing and managing logistics for all incoming residents. While we try to assist with personal tech issues like WeChat setup as a courtesy, our primary focus remains on the move-in process and apartment readiness. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding the timing of that assistance. Regarding our photos, we regularly update our portfolio to ensure they reflect the current state of our properties. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on balancing our high-touch service with clear expectations.

Hello Carlos, Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re glad the apartment met your expectations and that you had a good experience with the landlord. Regarding the deposit, we understand the frustration. Navigating international transfers from China can be complex due to local banking regulations, but we are actively looking into more flexible solutions for our international residents. We also appreciate the note about the building’s exterior and common areas; we are currently updating our listings to include more comprehensive photos of the entrances and elevators to provide a full picture before move-in.

Hey Anaïs! Thanks for the 5 stars! We’re so glad you love the location and the service. Our team works hard to keep things running smoothly for everyone, so your feedback means a lot.

Hey Ben, Thank you for your feedback. We have no record of a resident under your name experiencing this issue. We’d like to look into this further, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can address your specific situation. We take all concerns regarding our ethics and service standards very seriously. However, we would like to clarify that our role is specifically to bridge the gap between residents and owners to ensure fair treatment for both. We have clear protocols in place to protect our residents' interests, and we do not shy away from resolving disputes.
