I have been a member at Heritage South for as long as I can remember even being a part of the kids club. Every single time I need anything from any branch the team is more than happy to accommodate. Recently when working on purchasing a new home Andrea with the loan department was fantastic. Thank you for all you do keep up the good work!

I’ve been a costumer for over 40 years and wouldn’t change anything. Outstanding customer service, no AI, real people to talk with and great locations. I needed help with reordering checks on May 19, 2026. And several times in the past for various reasons. Service was professional and quick. I recommend Heritage South 100%!

Heritage South Community Credit Union has been my credit union for 23 years. I love that they have such friendly welcoming faces when you go into their branches and when you call in you get a live representative . They are a one stop shop and offer anything product you are looking.
Best place to bank in Tennessee
I have been banking with HSCCU since 1999 and could not imagine going to any other banking institution. Great service, wonderful people, kind and caring staff. They are the best!
