Well made but aesthetically disputed

I think you made a really nice product with excellent construction. But in our family, some people hate its look, and others like it. It has been relegated to an office instead of the living room.

Perfect source of heat for beach cabin…

Perfect source of heat for beach cabin living room Wall mount great for small space, safety and especially energy efficeincy. Programmable remote app is a big plus for this vacation rental. Other options (heat pump, propane heater) were 5-7x more expensive and lack the esthetices of this unit

Great customer service

Both Jason & Ivan were very helpful with placing my order. Great communication throughout the process to delivery. All panels arrived in the time that was expected. We have not installed the panels yet as we are still completing a remodel of the entire home. The panels look great and are exactly as pictured on the website.

Beautiful well made safe product..that works great my electrician had no problem installing the thermostats and mounted the heaters quickly with supplied hardware.well worth the wait ..

Out of 3 pkgs, 1 came in 4 days

Out of 3 pigs 1 came in 4 days, 2nd in 6 and last one was tied up in customs for 8 business days. But not bad will order again on future projects.

Herschel infrared heating panel for home

The heater arrived timely and packaged well. We installed this panel this weekend. The heating panel was installed on the ceiling. The bracket design was easy install compared to our existing panel. Great design on the brackets. The heating panel was a lot heavier than the existing panel and with the design of the brackets we could safely hit the ceiling studs. Heating panel worked well with existing thermostat. Well pleased customers.

I still have not received the order

I still have not received the order. I've emailed and called and it is still stuck in customs in New Jersey.

Had warranty claims on heaters and customer service was professional, fast , communicated well throughout the entire process.

Nice solution to retrofit a cold bathroom

I investigated under-floor circulating water and electric options, space heaters, three-way (light, vent, heat), heat lamps and a variety of panel options to retrofit our bathroom. Nothing was ideal, but Herschel heat panels came closest. In 15-20 minutes they take the edge off the cold and quietly warm the room. Via the app, the thermostat can be programmed to turn on/off several times each day, with each day programmed individually.

It does not heat at all.

we already had 2 of these & just added another..... really love the simplicity of design & the functionality is great.... the company has always been really easy to work with but it is even better now that they have an office in the usa!.... thank you.... love having these in our bathrooms!!

Excellence in quality and performance.

weighed a bit more then expected, but a "this feels like it's well constructed" kind of weight!!

Ivan D from support was able to confirm my existing thermostats were compatible, he even dug up the manual online! The Heater, although a bit heavier then expected, looks great and the heat feels great. I'll be coming back to replace my others (competitor's brand IR heaters) as time passes!

I find it difficult trying to explain…

I find it difficult trying to explain that a brand new heating panel was unserviceable. Customer service asked me to perform two tests and the results were unfortunate. Without hesitation, C.S sent a new panel to me and now is working beyond our satisfaction. FYI, after installing the new panel, I was free to open and examine the defective panel and after replacing one of the two thermo fuse the unserviceable panel now works....... but it is no longer appropriate for a bathroom
