I’ve had several wrong orders…
I’ve had several wrong orders delivered. Customer service isn’t the easiest to get the right orders sent out. They will eventually get you the right order. Customer support when asking about growing information takes forever to get back to you I wish they had a live chat. When they do get back to you they are mostly helpful if you provide them with the answers they will confirm what you’re telling them . Very generic scripted answers are always returned which you can find yourself on their website which does actually have a lot of information. I guess when I contact support looking for help I look for a more human interaction. The grow box itself is very easy to maintain and a wonderful concept. The issues are the fans are horrible even when buying the additional fan accessory it’s impossible for me to keep the humidity out of the box which is hindering growth. The size of the box is really too small and only allows a very very small plant to grow and the construction seems a whole not nicer in the picture then the ply wood top and door that has to be slammed shut to close. It does feel like anything can break on it at anytime although nothing has and the device has worked beautifully the entire time. I am not finished with my first grow and my subscription has already ended which seems rather inconvenient as I feel the only reason for the subscription is for growing assistance. For less money I could buy my own nutrients which are probably better then what is supplied and not need to renew the subscription but the help is reassuring knowing I’m doing the proper things. The nutrients provided are very convenient to use and I do love how simple everything is to use. I give this a 3 star rating because this is a nice set up but it can be substantially better in just about every area and seems overpriced for what it is (a flimsy made box with very low grade components) . However with pretty minimal effort I can grow weed so it can’t be too bad. I guess I’m not mad I’m just disappointed.
