Process was straight forward and simple.
Took far too long to finalize
Took far too long to finalize. When I requested a phone call no one could pick up the phone to assist. Wasted 3 weeks when I had all information day of even same hour as requested. The system you use needs help.

I appreciate the friendly and quick responses. The only not specified to me was the $1,150 fee for processing the loan. I just was surprised I wasn’t notified ahead of time.
Would definitely use again
Pretty simple process and the loan advisor was very helpful, honest about what was good and bad regarding my initial situation, and instead of pushing me to get what I could initially he gave me some advise to be able to overcome the initial issues to get the amount I actually needed. I took that advice and came back a few months later once I corrected a few things. Once we got everything situated the process was a little longer then I had hoped due to an influx of loan requests but overall not to bad. Will definitely use again in the future.
Poor Communication
I was never able to get ahold of or get a response back from Jasmine the whole time. Has to reach out to someone else to get questions answered. Made the whole process very frustrating.

What could be helpful...
Product is wonderful but what could be worked on is communication with the customer. It was clear that systems were not updating, I received incorrect information verbally vs contractually and when you tried calling they weren't available when it mattered most. I ended up accepting a monthly premium we weren't completely satisfied with at a rate that wasn't what we talked about and agreed upon. I think things couldve been done better. But lesson learned.
