Great company bad communication

Let me start with they are a great company and would absolutely use them again. However The process was longer than I was expecting..took almost a month applied July 9th funded this morning August 6th. My loan was 80k and they did get it approved. The communication however up until the end was horrible. I would get a call saying they needed another document I'd send it in within 20 minutes and when I wouldn't hear anything I would ask for updates I wouldn't get any response. Took them 2-3 days to look over the document only to call me and ask for something else wich took another 3 days to look over so you can waste a whole week just trying to get them to look over 2 simple documents and say yesthat will work or no it wont . I always had to text due to the automatic text response you would get whenever you tried calling that they were not available but could respond by text. I did have to continue to ask for updates with alot of no responses...I would finally have to say ( can you please respond) and then I would get an update however by that time I was frustrated. I hope this company really works on their communication, as they are set up well with uploading documents and getting the loans through but the process to get there will try your patience. Hopefully someone at the top reads this: you have a great company...please fix the communication issues..

Overall a good experience

Loan fee is a bit expensive. Their process is pretty simple. Much easier than Lyons. We have over 800 credit scores and Lyons wanted tax returns. Blah blah blah. HFS pretty seamless. Add a bit more time than they say for processing. The whole team is VERY responsive. Your emails or text will not go unanswered, they actually respond quickly. Quite refreshing. So, is the extra fee worth a pretty seamless process, for us yes. Thanks HFS Team

Apparently I have to find some way to…

Apparently I have to find some way to access the bank you chose to use for the funding where the money is actually located to transfer it to the account I actually use. This is a fiasco that I didnt sign up for and is a complete waste of time. I would highly recommend that nobody I know use your services in the future.
