I don't know anything about transferring retirement accounts. Capitalize held my hand the whole way.
Capitalize made it so easy for me to track down old retirement accounts (even one I had forgotten about entirely). From there on, they walked me through each step of transferring those into the new account I created. They made it super easy for me, and Martha L. (my customer service quality analyst) went the extra mile to help me with one account I had trouble with. She was incredible to work with!

Made the process way more complicated, the web interface does not work as intended, and this increased my rollover time by weeks and maybe months... would not recommend
