No follow up and no close out from Capitalize to Robinhood to verify the check had cleared Robinhood’s account. Basically the capitalize team started strong and got the entire process rolling but did not follow up on the back end to certify that everything closed out ok.

Capitalize helped with my rollover from a now defunct business that I used to work at. They served as the middle man between my old retirement account institution and my new one. I simply responded to emails or calls when needed and they worked it out in the background. There were some automated communication issues, but very low level. The fact that my former employer no longer exists and they worked things out was nice. I'm happy. No complaints!
