No complaints with my rollover process other than it could have been a bit faster (probably not Capitalize's fault) and they could have been a bit more clear about the tracking of the progress other than "Processing". Overall would definitely recommend!

Prompt - delivered quick and easy to follow directions on area requiring user input, but rollover almost entirely handled solely by them without issue
The fee for the rollover transaction was about the same as the rollover amount! I got Nothing! It should be a percentage, stop financially punishing the poor!

No communication at all after you get the rollover process started. Get a email my funds were available in my account an almost 2 weeks before they actually were and when I tried to contact them I never got a response or explanation. Yes they did get my rollover complete but a lot of small issues along the way with absolutely no communication.
