After playing about 1 year I won a large sum of money with High 5. I tried to redeem it so they locked my account. I was not able to redeem the money but naturally I was able to gamble it. I had been spending money for almost a year which they accepted but did not pay me when I won a large amount. The had redeem small amounts in the past. This is a true story so please please consider another casino.
SCAM!!! I recently attempted to deposit $19.99 to access my winnings. However, my bank account shows a $20 charge processed through Coinbase at the exact same time. When I contacted High Cash Casino, they stated the charge was not from them, but the timing of the transaction coincided directly with my deposit attempt.. therefore I am now out of 20$ and they are telling me they are unsure how to resolve this issue.. Site is messed up. None of the games work. I live in Indiana and it says not available in your country. Apparently the United States cannot play any of their games. Funny the games run fine on the 50 other casinos I’m on and I win too. Negative stars to you and your sister site as well.
The another night I complained about a game I always play. It was glitching , the turns way slow , the game would blink out and the 3 pig that I had blown magically went down when I had them ready to pop. $75 dollars I lost just because of the technical issues.
