I've been playing at High 5 for several years now, it used to be a good site! You could win some and also loose some. The payout time was a few days which wasn't so bad, but here lately, they have hired a new processor for redemptions. The verification process must be done with each redemption. Send in front & back of id.Front picture and right & left profile! I have no idea what that's all about. You can't submit a saved picture it has to be on their camera, but the catch is there's a big bar code that prevents you from getting a good picture. I've spoken with several representatives via email and all I get is a scripted response. Very sad situation and I've been waiting 4 days to request my redemption because of the run around. I might add when you speak with a rep, it's NEVER the one who responded to you,smdh. I used to enjoy this site but, all good things come to an end! It's time for me to move on, but only after I redeem my winnings! High 5 you definitely need to do better!

High 5 Casino has been one of the most disappointing online casino experiences I’ve ever had. The RTP feels absolutely terrible, bonuses are lacking, and the gameplay often feels like nothing but dead spins and constant losses. It seems designed to take money far faster than it gives anything back.
What makes things even worse is their complete lack of engagement with customer feedback. Just look at the reviews—they can’t even be bothered to respond to players. When a company ignores criticism and refuses to address concerns publicly, it says a lot about how much they value their customers.
The rewards system isn’t worth the effort, promotions are weak, and overall the platform feels more focused on squeezing every dollar out of players than providing an enjoyable experience. There are plenty of other sweepstakes casinos that at least make an effort to listen to their community and offer fair value.
If you’re considering High 5 Casino, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, this casino has earned its reputation for all the wrong reasons.

After over a year of loyalty and daily log ins I got under thca and it was 3 am accidentally hit google instead of my apple and suddenly stuck in gold coins I messaged customer support and they told me I was banned and my sc was confiscated I had money in my intended account and the one I messed up on logging in I hate this style of casino that looks for any reason to ban high rank or high winning players I am so disappointed and have lost lots of money be warned the will find a reason oh and the funny part one was a non sc app on a phone called same thing the website is the one that’s a fake casino app hurting peoples pockets and making them homeless

These guys along with LuckyBitsvegas used to be pretty awesome. Then the owners wife got involved in the business and utterly destroyed it with greed, lies, BS and all around tragically awful decisions. Now they have:
- Aworthless daily
-Even more worthless VIP
-Terrible bonuses
-Absolutely NO gratitude to loyal and paying players
-Slow awful website all around
-Pure garbage house games (literally all are completely trash and lie about their RTP so obviously it hurts)...
and best of all...
-They dont pay out and will ban you for whatever reason they decide to make up to do so to avoid pay outs.
Oh... And they banned the guy on reddit who runs the sweeps casino sub reddit thats the biggest one instead of pay out his obviously decent size referrals bonus. Such a trash company now. Dude let his wife get her narcissist hands on it and she decided she wanted more....more...MORE! ALWAYS MORE! And destroyed a once great sweeps site(s). High 5 Casino discriminates against Tribal ID cards and Native Americans who have them!
Well, I was enjoying myself playing slots and I started winning. Soon after I started winning, they kicked me off the slot I was playing and told me I needed to submit photo front and back of my ID card and a selfie. Well I attempted to do that several times but their automated system kept rejecting my government issued tribal ID card. Keep in mind that the system they use goes through the KYC verification. My tribal ID is listed as accepted forms of identification on the KYC website. Well after their system refusing my ID, I submitted a support ticket to their verification department requesting a manual review by an authorized supervisor or manager and received a generic response each time telling me to go through the automated system. High 5 casino is discriminating against native Americans and tribal identification cards by refusing to comply with the KYC guidelines that it claims to go by. This is unacceptable behavior from high 5 casino!

Okay, so I've done pretty good on this site. However, lately something has changed. First, I gotta say, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of customer service. I did two cashouts and both were paid but then my account was placed on an "internal review" and I have no idea why. I have tried to contact them via email and social media over 10 times and NOT ONE RESPONSE. I'm not sure what is going on but it's not a good look. I've won the site, so that's not an issue, but the communication and the locking of my account is crazy.
