I hate to sound ungrateful but high 5 im so disappointed. Ive been a player for a long time, I play every day, and I have definitely spent a pretty good amount of real money with yall, today was my birthday is was excited when I got the email because my anniversary bonus was so awesome I couldn't wait to see what yall had in store, and I was totally let down and dumbfounded after the years I've played and all the time and money I have put into it and I recieved 5 .20 cent spins. My name is LARRY PICKERING and I recently had my son BRIAN create me an account for HIGH5CASINO BECUSSE be told me he enjoyed playing and I know that I enjoy slots so I asked him to make me an account as well. I am 76 years old, I don’t get around very well so the handful of casinos that my son set me up on have been a lot of fun. However, today was the first time I decided to purchase a package with HIGH5 and start spinning with them. I had never played with them, and you always want to be LEARY PF THESE SOCIAL CASINOS so I bought a $2 for $7 they were advertising. Instantly, as soon as I tried to purchase i was asked to VERIFY MY IDENTITY. I had to take pictures of my drivers license, and I had to take a selfie of myself. Almost right away THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME MY IDENTITY WAS FULLY VERIFIED AND ALL WAS GOOD GO I COULD MOVE FORWSRD WITH PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS. So I made my purchase. The purchase of $2 for $7 was accepted and it went thru, my account showed $7. HOWEVER, any game I tried to enter wouldn’t let me in and kept saying “MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN LOCKED TEMPORARILY”. I emailed support right away, and told enquirer what the issue was. I had run into similar situations like this with other casinos where both my SON BRIAN and I have accounts and I live with him so I mentioned that in the email I sent to support. What I got back was an email referring me to TERMS OF SERVICE and they told me “YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, THIS DECISION IS FINAL AND WE WILL NOT ANSWER ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE PERTAINING TO THIS ISSUE”.Im not so upset that they want to CLOSE MINE AND MY SONS ACCOUNTS(im assuming that’s the reason they closed my account, because I had one and my son has an account as well im not sure) WHAT IM UPSET ABOUT IS THAT THEY RAN MY IDENTITY, THEN SENT AN EMAIL TELLING ME I WAS GOOD GO TO MAKE A PURCHASE, THEN AS SOON AS I MAKE TBE PURCHASE THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT “AND THEY KEEP MY BUY IN MONEY”!!!!!! I’m a senior citizen 76 years old on a FIXED INCOME, a $2 for $7 package might not seem like much to these people but for someone to tell you “you’re good to go all approved to make a purchase” then as soon as you do they close your account, keep your money, and tell you they won’t answer any further emails about it?!?! STEALING FROM SENIOR CITIZENS?!?!? I CAN ONLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PLAY YOUR MONEY SOMEHWERE ELSE…….PEOPLE WHO STEAL FROM SENIORS, THOSE ARE THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT WILL STEAL FROM THEIR MOTHERS!!! To be fair, I will update this review if these people actually REFUND MY PURCHASE MONEY BUT THE WAY THEY WORDED THEIR EMAIL TOWARDS A SENIOR, I WONT HOLD MY BREATH.

What they don't tell you, is that at any point for any reason, they can take those rewards away. They also don't tell you that even if your invited friend has a "qualifying purchase" they do NOT have to give you any SC. And when they screw you over, well good luck getting ahold of anyone. I've complained about numerous thing including game glitches that have stolen my SC and have only been met with at the most AI bots that lead to empty emails. Never have I ever received and email from an actual person any of the times I've tried reaching out to them.... I'm also fairly positive that there games are rigged, punishing the player when the bet is raised and rewarding the player when the bet is dropped... I spend well over $1000 to prove this on the wheel game that ultimately glitched out and has remained broken for months now, again, regardless of me sending emails explaining the issues... I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with this site..When I finally decide to verify everything with that went well. Al of this what I'm gonna share happen within minutes of each other today. I bought a coin package because it was a great deal an I never really played on this site...only with bonus coins. But after I purchased the coin package an picked my slot to play on I got a message on the site saying my account is restricted contact customer service. How is my account restricted when I've only played in High 5 maybe a few times? An how is it restricted when I just went through a verification process that I passed bye the way. An I can't get in touch with anyone!! Nobody is replying or saying anything!! Someone needs to reach out to me ASAP...Especially Since I spent my money an Can't Play anything!!

I wouldnt play here. Most of their games are in house games which are developed by them with absolutely no regulating authority over them due to the "sweeps" loophole.
