Great job, puzzle master's as they packed the POD
Donn, packing a POD takes skill, and we're glad the movers were able to make the most of the space. It sounds like their careful planning and experience really stood out.
Very friendly, efficient movers.

HireAHelper was excellent! I moved into an apartment with loads of steps and this group got the U-Haul unloaded in two hours in extreme heat! I will definitely be using them again for all my moving needs!
Christine, moving into an apartment with lots of steps is no small task, and we're glad the movers were able to get your U-Haul unloaded efficiently. Thank you for sharing that you would choose them again for future moves.
Great job, very personable
A positive attitude goes a long way, Scott. It's great to know the movers were not only enjoyable to work with but also delivered the level of service you expected.
Hire a Helper in general is a shady company. No issues with getting quotes or booking online. The protection fee that they slap on is actually the fee that Hire a Helper pockets. If you find yourself a mover that you like, do yourself a favor and book with them separately instead of through hire a helper. Because our relocube delivery was cancelled the day before due to inclement weather, we had to move our moving time several hours later from 8AM to 1PM on the same day. We did not change dates and the movers were more than happy to change our times. I was charged a 150 dollar rescheduling fee. When asked why I was charged the fee when I was just changing the move to a few hours later on the same day. They lied and said that the moving company wanted the 150 dollars due to the inconvenience. When I spoke directly to the moving company on a threeway line with Hire a Helper, it was revealed that the movers never charged the 150 dollars and Hire a Helper slapped that fee on there on their own. They will make the movers seem like the bad guys and blame everyone but themselves to make some extra money. First of all, I waited an hour on the line to speak with a representative. When I got in contact with them, the rep kept dodging my questions and eventually admitted that the fee was from Hire a Helper. Very disappointed by the fact that they lied to me to begin with and then failed to rectify the situation by going on hold multiple times, bouncing me around to various reps including one who was extremely rude and awful at customer service. His name was Manny. Just rude, arrogant, no good to humanity type. Watch out, this is a very shady company after it got bought out by some questionable people. They treat their customers and their moving companies/partners as just another number. I will be reaching out/writing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Save your money, time and headache by searching for the movers on their website, then booking them individually away from Hire a Helper. This is an extremely deceitful and poorly run business.

It was quick and easy to get service reserved! Weekend Warriors did an awesome job- both gentlemen did an exceptional job and were very polite and helpful!
A smooth experience starts long before moving day, Nancy, so we're pleased the reservation process was straightforward. We're equally glad Weekend Warriors backed that up with courteous service and exceptional work.
Horace and his team at Positive Solutions dis a great job of unloading an our PODS container, placing items in specific rooms and did it all in the two hour time allotment. Would definitely recommend Positive Solutions to anyone how is looking for help loading or unloading items in a truck or container.
Allen, getting a POD unloaded and everything placed where it belongs takes a lot of coordination. We're glad Horace and the Positive Solutions crew handled it efficiently and appreciate you recommending them to others.

Actually overall the 2 helpers did a goid job but were VERY pricey; the person who put my bed together put the screws in wrong and I have bolts sticking out towards wall…nothing I can do about it now though…reliable movers but on HIGH end price wise and I did need reliability since pod had to be emptied in a designated timeframe on July 17 th

HireAHelper was a great service during a july move in Arizona. They arrived early and ready to work. They joked with each other, but stayed on track. Definatley would recommend HireAHelper. July in Arizona is ungodly hot, so you need to hire people to help move. These guys know the job and do it.
