not prepared for the job, didn't have equipment, Dragged furniture on rug instead of having straps. Left refrigerator in garage. left furniture that belonged in bedroom in living room because they didn't know how to get it in. I put sliders under it and moved it by myself in about 3 minutes. They were a joke
We had a complicated move from ct to Fl but everyone was very helpful. I had to adjust timing a few times and they were accommodating. The 2 guys who helped us were great and polite.
Thank you fir the nice service during our move. Appreciate the work!!

Seamless. Would definitely use this service again. Professional and polite.
The movers were extremely efficient & very easy to work with. They took great care to ensure that everything was set in the proper room. They did an amazing job and if I ever have to move again, I will hire them.
Great customer service. Highly recommend. The whole process was so easy and went smoothly.
Our team showed up on time, and called 30 minutes prior to make sure we knew they were on the way. They wrapped everything up great and packed the truck for a nice ride from CT to IL. Nothing broken and everything accounted for. This was the easiest part of it moving experience.
Marc, being able to call one part of a move the easiest is quite the compliment. We’re glad the movers kept you informed, wrapped everything carefully, and packed the truck in a way that helped everything make the trip from Connecticut to Illinois intact.
They were very careful with my things and very friendly. Thanks so very much!
You’re very welcome, Katherine. It’s great to know the movers took such care with your belongings and were friendly throughout the job.

The speed of completing the job was just amazing. The men who came to load out Pod were professional and courteous. Very pleased with the whole process.
KHens, getting a POD loaded quickly while still handling everything professionally is no small feat. We’re glad the movers paired that speed with courtesy and left you pleased with the overall process.
Very professional. Stayed longer than they were supposed to to get the job done. I would use again.
Julio, we appreciate you recognizing the movers’ professionalism. Staying beyond the scheduled time to make sure the job was finished shows a real commitment to seeing the work through, and we’re glad you’d use them again.
Arrived on time and stayed until pod was loaded.
Elia, right on time and there until the last item was loaded. We appreciate you highlighting that they stayed committed to getting the POD loaded.
Movers were amazing. Well informed and led me through things I could do to pack the truck better (ropes to tie down, how to pack it next) - they worked diligently and got through it all. Wonderful experience.
Nick, we're glad the movers could take some of the guesswork out of packing the truck. Sharing tips on tie-downs and what to load next while diligently working alongside you sounds like exactly the kind of help that makes a move easier.
