Guys were kind and polite. However they did not follow our instructions. I will see if there is any damage to any furniture for lack of doing what I requested. They failed to wrap many pieces which caused us to take pieces out and wrap them ourselves. At 74 & 71 we did not need the extra lifting a stress. That’s why we hired movers.

The movers made sure the items I wanted to be loaded were put in the pod. When unloading, they placed the items where I wanted them to be.
