Beautiful work, excellent customer service!
I ordered a print as a present. The framer accidentally framed over the wording. I emailed and they sent a new print immediately. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again. The work and customer service is amazing! The print is gorgeous.

The team Dmitry and Brian took extra effort to get my order to me . Was lost with parcel carrier ,I call after three days and they explain how to correct it . And dropped my order at my house so I would have them instead waiting for the carrier again. Great job well done !!!!!
Excellent map and nice quality
Excellent map and nice quality . Little unhappy about map edges creasing during shipping.

Hi Robert, Thank you for the compliments on the quality of the map! We're very sorry to hear about the creased edges from transit—that is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We have just sent a direct email to the address on your order to arrange a brand-new replacement for you right away. Thank you again for the feedback, and we'll get this sorted out for you immediately! Best, Historic Pictoric

Customer service
The map print was great, as expected. UPS managed to crush the box it came in, and customer service immediately sent a replacement.
Quick communications and shipping.
Great print, packed with extreme care
A beautiful print, framed and matted with care, and well-packed for mailing--your print won't be arriving the least bit cracked, damaged, or broken. Will definitely be doing business again.
Great website and easy purchase
Great website and easy purchase. Product was excellent.
It’s great, very obscure map! Got the big one and its still very clear.
It’s great. That is a very obscure map you have there, keep finding more of those! I might try a paper that isn’t quite so modern and poster like, but that’ll make it more fragile. Anyway, I love it.
Fantastic Find
I have been looking for these items for some time. I found these online. Ordering was easy. Communication from the company was great. The plans received are excellent quality. I ordered two different boat plans. Two of one selection were provided by mistake. The company was apologetic and sent my other item out directly. I was advised to keep the item sent in error. Best in class customer service!
Great customer experience
Great customer experience! And very happy with the turnout of my print.
