Great team! Friendly, helpful, Did great work. Able to do the variety of items I needed: mulching, planting, pruning, grass planting, edging reset. They worked quickly but carefully to complete the tasks I had given them.
Eric coordinated everything and was an excellent communicator. Austin and Ethan did an amazing job cleaning up an area in our yard that was full of weeds and debris. The ground was hard as a rock but they didn’t complain a bit, just got started right away and worked steadily the entire time. It now looks great and I’m grateful for their hard work. I will definitely use His Workmanship again.

The young men that came to plant some rose bushes were hardworking, respectful, considerate, and very conscientious. They planted the bushes in a fraction of the time allotted and asked for more tasks! They did some general weeding and saved me so much time and effort by doing a fantastic job.

This was second time using His Workmanship for some heavy duty lawnwork. The team was prompt, polite, and got the job done to my specs. Since they finished the initial request so quickly I had them do some further trimming (due to the 2 hour minimum). And, they worked in some heavy duty rain. I would definitely recommend and the price really can't be beat. I had a bid from another company and the price was four times as much for the same scope! I'll use them in the future for yardwork as well as moving needs.
The guys showed up on time they had the right tools, but they were very conscientious on their work and that made me feel comfortable. They know what they're doing and they take great care in the garden that I created. It was a great experience. I will use them again.
My landscape beds were taken over by weeds. Matt and Trevor knew how to recognize them, remove and bag them for yard waste pickup. These young men were polite and efficient. I would call again if I needed weed control.
Arrived on time and worked hard the entire time to spread the mulch around the entire house as requested. They did a good job spreading evenly the 6 yards of mulch in the 3 hour timeframe. Happy with the results.

Communication from the start was amazing and my requested job was scheduled quickly for a fair price. His Workmanship employees (Evan and Noah) came out twice to work in my yard. My directions both times were to take all the weeds out by roots, then put landscape fabric down. The first time they did just that, along with putting all the heavy bags of yard waste in my car for me and cleaning up after themselves. The second time they came out I wasn’t around for the last hour of their work. When I looked over their work that afternoon, it seemed like that had gotten a lot done in that time and I got suspicious. I looked under the landscape fabric for both areas they worked on and found they had not taken any of the weeds out. They also hadn’t put the heavy garbage cans full of yard waste in my car as I had asked them to. I contacted Eric (their boss) with my complaint and asked that it be corrected free of charge to me. He said that the “industry standard” was to put landscape fabric on top of weeds and that would kill the weeds. I told him that I found other information saying it’s best to get rid of the weeds first. I also added that the customer should be the one dictating what work is to be done for them. He said that “they [the workers] utilized a common industry practice intended to save you on labor costs, as removing every small weed by the root can significantly increase the hours billed.” I countered with the fact that prior to deciding to veer off my directions to them, they should have asked me first before proceeding. He said, “I'm sorry the workers did not follow your instructions more carefully in this matter.” Then he said they would not be doing any further work for me to correct this without charging me for their time. I will not be working with this agency anymore. If you choose to, please heed the warning that the workers may not do as you requested.
Scheduling was very easy and communication was very quick and timely. The crew called me in advance of arriving to confirm doing the job because of a threat of rain and thunderstorm. We mutually agreed to proceed instead of re-scheduling. Upon arrival the crew and I did a walk around to see what was needed to be done and then immediately began. The 2 man team worked very well together and interacted with me about any questions that arose. They also responded to and completed requests from me about where and how to place the mulch they were spreading. They were both very personable and engaging in conversation. This is the second time His Workmanship and its work crew did a great job and exceeded my expectations.
The crew was awesome. Extremely attentive and productive. We had weeding done and also mulch laid. There was a problem with the mulch delivery and so they had a smaller window to get it done, but knocked it out so that we didn't have to deal with it later. Highly recommend the services of His Workmanship.
The process of scheduling the work was easy and they were prompt in their response and communication. Elijah and Kobi arrived early. Very professional and friendly. Worked extremely hard for the 4 hours I had scheduled. Still had remaining bulk mulch and they agreed to stay an additional hour to complete the work. Their work was extremely high quality - treated my yard as if it was their own. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
