My feeder quit working after 3 weeks and they fail to address the problem or honor the warranty. There is no customer service other than emails. They will not replace a defective product so buyer beware. There is no warranty !!
The device worked great - until a software update yesterday. Now it is impossible to get it to connect to wifi or to function other than as an ordinary birdfeeder. The manual setup requires using a QR code from the manual; none of several QR codes in the manual or even on the box is accepted. Support seems unavailable.
