Life Changing Course If Taken Seriously!
This course has opened so many doors in my life and I give all the credit to Richard and the amazing community he has curated here. His courses are detailed, he streams often so you can see the process work live, and he often allows people to join and helps his members with any issues they might be having. The members and group leaders are also incredibly helpful and for just $20 dollars a month, you get a ridiculous amount of value you just absolutely can't find anywhere else. The best part about this entire group is that Richard isn't trying to get you to go out and scam others and lowball them, but rather teaching his members how they can step in and be a bridge between a seller who is truly struggling to sell and an investor, often times helping out the seller. Try out this group for even a single month and you will not be disappointed if you take this opportunity seriously.

I’ve been a member of HMHW Group since 2020, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my real estate education. What I appreciate most is how easy the courses are to understand and apply. Honestly, this discord changed my life. I learned about wholesaling real estate and it opened so many doors for me I didn’t even know existed. I am not from US and I knew NOTHING about US real estate, but by watching Richard’s live streams, by studying all the tools, guides, phone recordings, contracts, everything they provided, I managed to learn and get into this business. Not to mention the people inside who will answer all your questions, concrns and help you when you struggle. Truly amazing community and a group. It was only $20 a month and I am so glad I joined. Mind you, I was very interested, if you don’t plan to work and do the thing and study..Nobody can help you. You are the one who has to do it, other can just help and guide you. This community is amazing. The training excellent, especially for the price. Massive amounts of training available daily. The community is always available to answer questions. The community helpers are knowledgeable and will not try to steal your deals. You get immediate access to buyers that are here listening in in the training. This is a one stop shop so to speak for learning, practicing, finding, and selling. Plus he promises to never ever go up on price. This is not a greed motivated community. It’s a learning environment. Richard combines knowledge, ethics, and value.

Hi my name is sam dayoub, or Sammy as I'm known in the group.this place has been nothing short of great. I am from a generation that has been firmly locked out of the housing market behind high interest rates and stagnating wages. For so little, this group not only gave me the tools, knowledge and network to understand real-estate and operate its markets. I've been part of Hold My Hand Wholesale for several years now, and it's honestly one of the best investments I've made in my real estate journey. Chris and Richard genuinely care about their members — this isn't some guru cash grab where they take your money and disappear. What sets this group apart is the sheer amount of work these two put in. Richard goes live 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week, actually showing up and helping the people who attend. I got coffee the a couple weeks ago with another guy learning how to wholesale and he told me he spent $20,000 on his education. I was FLABBERGASTED. HMHW is $20. The amount of knowledge you have access to here is insane. It's not a one-on-one coaching and you have to make sure you have the discipline to do the work, but if you're a self-motivated person who is willing to learn and be a beginner, it's THE place to be! Fantastic community, kind and funny people. They also keep adding tools and calculators!! They really do make getting started accessible to anyone with an internet connection. I came to this from a completely different industry (the arts?!) and have found the information digestible and easy to put into action. Would recommend to anyone starting from square one on their wholesaling journey!
