I’ve been on Hodlnaut since October 2021. I’ve found that Hodlnaut’s rates have always been very competitive. Love that they just offered LUNA! And their customer service on Telegram has always been quick and very helpful. Lovely experience so far.

In a space where rate changes are communicated nearly after-the-fact, the team at Hodlnaut rises above the competition and communicates these upcoming rate changes well in advance to allow users to plan. They have also made changes to their .csv transaction reporting and adapted their files for Koinly integration, which is great for US tax prep considerations. Furthermore, the team is extremely responsive to feedback and email communications. Finally, the addition of fee-less in-app swaps, addition of new assets, and revamp of the referral structure are all positive changes. I would highly recommend using Hodlnaut!
