I have used hola Car rentals a few times now and I’ve always recommended them to my family On this occasion, I had a Breakdown and I have to say it was the easiest Breakdown I have ever had. From the beginning, the girl at the other end of the phone was supportive and compassionate She personally took it upon herself to Rush my Claim through and everything was sorted within a few days. I would definitely recommend this Hire company I had so many extras within my rental,

When we arrived at the Orlando airport after a long flight, Hertz would not honour the paid car rental we reserved through HOLA. ( we left the airport without a car because Hertz wanted to charge us double what we already paid) While still at the airport my husband contacted HOLA and explained what happened and they immediately responded and provided a refund. WOW, was not expecting that. We ended up getting a car later and not at the airport…..but thank you HOLA for making a stressful situation easier to deal with. I would book through HOLA again based off their excellent customer service. ***NOTE: the World Cup was playing down in Miami which is why we feel Hertz gave us some weird lie about why they couldn’t honour our confirmation

I just made my first reservation with Hola, and can only comment on their customer service. I accidentally sent a message intended for my daughter about our rental to Hola, and was surprised to immediately received a helpful response from Hola. They also subsequently promptly answered all of my other queries. Quite impressive.
Excellent response time. Always trying to have the best offer for customers without any additional surcharges or back door costs. Also the service after the booking is the best I did experience so far. Normally agencies do not care much after the booking is finalized respectively finished. Here I could get back money from an insurance I did not ask for.
I rented a car at Newark Airport (Hertz) through Hola Car Rental at a really great price, with all insurance included. I later had issues with Hertz, but Hola Car Rental helped me quickly and professionally. Everything was resolved, and I got back the money that Hertz had incorrectly charged to my credit card.
We hired a car through Hola, who work with multiple car companies, and their pricing is very competitive. Unfortunately, Avis overcharged us for insurance, effectively doubling up on what we had already paid. Hola were absolutely amazing in handling the situation — their customer service was outstanding. They went to bat for us and didn’t stop advocating until we got our money back. Truly excellent support and communication throughout. Highly recommend Hola
