Booking made Easy
First time used Hola Car Rentals to book a car for collection at Toronto Airport. Booking was very easy and rates are very competitive. All the big car rental companies are covered. Will be collecting the car in three weeks time, hope everything goes okay.

I rented a car through Hola in Seattle
I rented a car through Hola in Seattle, I was unfortunate to hit a large pothole, which destroyed the side wall of the tyre and damaged the rim. The vehicle had to be towed, and a replacement vehicle was provided. The car rental company charged me for the towing even though roadside assistance was included, however when I took my case to Hola they organized a refund of all the charges.

Absolutely fantastic customer support regarding my rental. Especially as I had to change cars for my pending trip. Spoke to a lovely lady called Sofia, what a star, amazing to see there are still Ana ing helpful people out there! From start to finish and continued support, fantastic service.
