Unresponsive and very limited Customer Service as well as Conflicting return policies
I bought 5 pairs of their socks. According to their size guide it should have fit me. But when I got them just by looking I could tell they wouldn’t fit me.
I immediately emailed and texted them the same day and thereafter, for a return to no avail. It has been almost a week since then and still haven’t heard from them. BEWARE This company feels like a scam when it comes to trying to do a return. Their Contact information is limited to an email… and in addition extremely unresponsive. Because in one hand their website encourages you to try them with no worries and later in their return policy it says, if returned they need to look as completely unused. Otherwise you won’t get a refund…How you’re supposed to do it then? And this is in addition to their return fee.

ORDER #945393 Hey Hollow Socks - you want my credit card info so you can investigate my return too? So quick to come on here and make it look like you want to make it right... They say they have requested order details through Trustpilot?? - they most certainly havent. They provide no way to contact them, or to rectify the situation and know we cannot reply here and bank on it. If they really cared, i guess they would send me the return shipping label they made me pay for to return these garbage socks. AND the funny part!! They continue sending me daily emails and texts promoting their brand. Are you guys stupid? The time between ordering and receiving was very quick, just 4 days. I tried the ankle compression socks which are very comfortable both in material and compression. The compression feels perfect, not too tight and not too loose. I was concerned about the stitching of one of the other pairs and contacted customer service. Their response was immediate. Their response was also over and above what I expected. I noticed Hollow socks are offered through Amazon, but I would say order from their site as you can get a better deal, and my experience is that their customer service is excellent should you need it.

I would rate as a 0 (zer0) if possible. I am so frustrated with Hollow socks. It says hassle free returns. They do not stand behind that statement. I ordered socks using their sizing guide. I received them and found them too small. I had a hard time finding return information on their site but did manage to start my return.
I had to pay 7.99 fee which I did over a week ago. The site said it would send a retuen label. After 3 days with no label, I emailled them and they wrote back "Once the returned items are received, processing usually takes up to 14 days." I havn't even received the return label I paid $7.99 for. This seems like a real customer service issue that other customers also have had issues with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help.
