I purchased during a special Buy 2, Get 3 promotion. However, I only received 4 pair and no one there seems interested in fixing this. The socks are great and I will likely buy more, but I will be more careful about what is offered in the future.

LOVE Hollow socks. Have neuropathy and my feet are ALWAYS cold; but, not anymore with Hollow socks. My sister tossed all her socks and replaced them with Hollow socks… she also has neuropathy. Excellent product and highly recommend them KAthie L

Easy to order, arrived quickly.
I believe Hollow is an excellent company. I do think it is difficult to place an order on the site. And I do not like the add-ons that are flashed as you finish your order. WOW, recently it has been the norm for companies to ignore reviews or have an AI canned response. Customer Service from Hollow answered my review and explained how I could get around the difficulties I encountered. Thank-you - I seldom change a review, but with the helpful response, I believe they earned a change --- they earned a 5- or more-star review. THANK-YOU!

I ordered the buy-2, get 2 free deal back in April. I looked back in my emails, and the socks arrived here towards the end of that month. Here we are at the beginning of August and, even though I followed the washing instructions, the socks have shrunk to the point that I can no longer put them on. Just past the 99-day return window.

Hollow Socks reached out to me after my negative review on Trust Pilot. They responded quickly and provided a much better return policy than originally offered. I’m now giving them a five star review for the quick response and their improvement concerning my return of socks that did not fit. They went the full 9 yards of making it easy for me to return the socks. I purchased using the 'buy two, get two free' deal. As the items were placed in the shopping cart I got 2 pairs of compression socks at $39 plus two free. Then I ordered two pairs of ankle socks at $34 plus two free. At actual check out I was billed for four pairs at $39 and the rest free. Basically an overcharge of $10. I communicated with their AI customer service which assured me this was no error in the platform and needed no remedy. I replied that if I had placed two separate orders I would have saved $10. I am not surprised but I will never order from Hollow Socks again. Even if I like the socks once they arrive. I'll write another review about how fast DHL can get the package to Virginia. // Later: The socks arrived. The CR auto-bot said nothing helpful. The socks are less that 50% Alpaca. I now see that information was buried in the FAQs. Chalk it up to a learning "buyer beware" experience - I shall read the BBB reviews next time! {The auto-bot non-response: Same claptrap I’m truly sorry for the confusion and for how our earlier response came across. I understand why the promotion felt misleading. To clarify, with the Buy 2, Get 2 Free offer, the higher-priced items are charged at full price, while the lower-priced qualifying items receive the discount. This is why the Compression Ankle Socks were charged and the lower-priced Ankle Socks were free.}
