Convenient, but mismatched cost
Ease of transaction but stated CEU cost was actually 10% higher than shown on on course list page.

I called after purchasing the unlimited CEU’s package. I wanted help accessing the menu of available courses. The woman I talked to was patient and knowledgeable. She anticipated what I needed to understand before she let me get off the phone.
