I found an accent tile I really liked but I couldn't buy it locally without a contractor. I went online and put in the manufacturer and name and HomeDecor AZ carried the tile. Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.

No on ever answers the phone or calls back. Definitely not a 24/7 customer service line. Finally got through to someone calling their local phone number versus the Toll Free number. That person did help us but I couldn't even find out if the product we needed was available until I actually ordered it.

My order was placed on line over a weekend. First thing Monday morning I received an email telling me my tile was on back order and would not be available until at least July. I appreciate the prompt customer service. As I need my tile prior to this date I ended up canceling my order. The order was refunded promptly. Although I cannot speak to the product, I do say the customer service was excellent. Even when it came to canceling business. I would recommend this company based on this service.
I ordered some tile. Was told it was in stock & available for immediate shipment. A eeek later found out it was back ordered until April 30.
Very pleased with product. Just as pictured and shipped fast. It was also a good price at $13 a square foot cheaper than the quotes from local tile stores.
