We attended one of their information dinner seminars

We attended one of their information seminars, and they were very thorough and informative. We had a free home inspection, and ultimately decided on their solar powered attic fan. Rex and Damus arrived the following day and were extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the product and installation. They professionally installed the fan in about 45 minutes, cleaned up everything and finished speaking with us. Could not have asked for better service!

We went to a presentation for HomeSmart technologies we had a dinner we both ate salmon and it was very good the presenter Steve was very impressive the inspector Joey was a great guy very knowledgeable and then we have the two best installers we could have ever asked to be in our home Shane the lead was the most impressive kind and very knowledgeable and very quick and his helper patric very quit and I would say if you had a choice of any installers you could ask for ask for Shane and patric they work great as a team Ps HomeSmart your lucky to have a lead Shane that cares for the customers he go above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we couldn't ask for 2 better people to be in our home

Derrick and Chase were the installers…

Derrick and Chase were the installers of the multilayered insulation and the eco probiotics system. They were professional, communicative and provided a clear educational explanation of all they did. Richmond and Jose performed the installation of the solar attic ventilation system due to the need for a larger ladder. The also were professional, communicative and provided a clear understanding of the work they performed. We are very happy with the work of both groups and Home Smart Technologies.

Derrick and Chase were my contractors today. From the start of there job today they were both very friendly and professional in everything they did. They were informative, they were fast and thorough. I would recommend this company and these 2 workers to everyone.

Our great experience started at the dinner presentation at the Glyndon Grill. The food was excellent, and Shawn provided an awesome presentation about the services that Home Smart Technologies provides. Andrew was very knowledgeable and efficient providing detailed information about the services that would benefit us after doing a thorough inspection. Taylor and Jose arrived a little early to our pleasant surprise. They both were very professional and made us feel very comfortable. They looked over every area of the required work and explained each aspect of the work they were going to do. They patiently and completely answered our MANY questions which came up throughout the day. The work performed was excellent and completed in a timely manner. They then proceeded to clean up all the work areas leaving everything spotless. Ann & I would recommend Home Smart Technologies to anyone who has a need for their services. I have to say by the time Taylor and Jose were finished we felt like they were family! Awesome customer service!!

Derrick and Chase came on time and were VERY professional in both working and helping to show how to operate the equipment. They were here for quite a while, but they were not wasting time. They were sure I understood everything before they left.

Attic job.

Chase and Brendon were very professional and explained everything they were going to do before. After work was done the area was cleaned. I would have no problem with them for any future service.

Their products are great

Their products are great. They truly try to not just sell their products but to enhance your way of life. Our installers, Shane, lead installer, and partner, Antonio, did outstanding work. We would absolutely invite them back to do more installments in the future.

Great initial experience.

I attend several of these type events where dinner at a nice restaurant are used to lure people to hear a sales pitch. So I knew what was about to happen and I rarely follow-up with appointments or engage with the product. However, this time was different. Yes, the people involved made a difference. The pitchman was engaging and informative. But I double-checked the claims made and liked the products and how they would apply to my personal home situation. The follow-up guy (home inspector) was thorough but did NOT try to hard sell the products. He answered my questions and how the products would benefit my situation. Lastly, the 3 installers showed up on time and were absolutely great. They kept me informed each step along the way and answered any questions that I may still have. The professionalism and humanity that each of the people involved in this have made this a great experience thus far. I haven't had the products installed long enough to give an accurate and honest review but will do so in time. But through this point in time, the experience has been first rate.

From Mitchells presentation, Jason's on-site evaluation and work order, to Rex, Darius, David and Terry's great teamwork installation crew of our Tri Guard Multilayer Insulation, everyone was professional, polite, and informative. Everything you would like a service provider to be and do.

We went to a presentation dinner had a good dinner and all the information was very informative , we purchased the probiotic system for the house , Shane and Antonio arrived and installed the system for us and explained how to set the system and and all the details

Our experience

We were expecting more information at the dinner on solar energy. The presentation and inspection were very helpful. We were surprised at how quickly they could do the project (dinner on Thursday, Inspection on Friday, installation the following Monday).

Remediated Attic

Everyone we worked with at HomeSmart was very courteous, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The salesperson, the inspector/estimator, and the installers were very patient and thorough. They made sure that we understood the work that was done, showed us close up pictures of what they were doing and why, and patiently answered all our questions. The installers arrived at our house on time and completed the work in the time they estimated it would take. We are glad we chose to have HomeSmart do our work.

I had multiple systems installed. They did it all in one day. They stayed on task and were quiet.

Triguard and vent installation

Triguard installed yesterday by two great installers, Tyler and Jose. Very professional and helpful explaining process and paperwork.

Great service from start to finish.

Harley came out to do a home inspection and he explained everything he was doing and why. When he come up with the results he explained what he found and what it meant and made suggestions to remedy the issues. Example: We have great water and air quality so we don't need any filters for either of those but our insulation was a little lacking and we needed to treat a small amount of mold and broken boards in the attic. We did purchase the insulation and attic fan, had mold removed and repaired the broken boards in our attic by Dillon and Chase. All employees were prompt at scheduled time, polite, courteous, and very informative. Only a four star because we felt they could have cleaned up the insulation that blew down onto the garage floor and my husband had to repair ceiling light fixtures that started to push down.
