I am writing this review to acknowledge the fantastic service I received from all the associates I encountered with Homesmart technologies. The presentation by Earl @ the dinner was enough to get me to have my free inspection of my attic. He was not pushy and knew his the products as if he had made them himself. He was very confident in providing the necessary information for me to make my appointment. My next encounter was with Evan Mitchell who came for the inspection and with his photos and detailed info I made my appointment the following Monday. My appointment was set between 1p.m. and 3 p.m. and as arrived Taylor and Jose were waiting patiently in the truck. After explaining what they were going to do they went right to work and did an excellent clean up! I want to give a big"shout out" to the supervisor, "boss" for working with me to get this MLT installed in my attic at a price I could afford. Thank you. Ms.Jenna Burkette Sterling, VA
No Follow-up
No Follow-up We attended a presentation on Wednesday, November 15. Low pressure, we were very interested in several of their products. Scheduled a home inspection for the next day, between 6p.m. and 8 p.m. Inspector called about 10 minutes til 8 saying "Stuck in traffic", we can continue this evening with no definite ETA or we coud reschedule for Saturday morning. We chose Saturday morning between 9 - 11. Saturday, no show, no call. We called the office left a message on Sunday. Called the Monday morning, the message service stated, "No one is in the office on Mondays." Today is Tuesday, still have not heard from company. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication.

The presentation by Steve was very good. This company offers solutions to problems that were hidden in my home. The house inspection by Jory was very informative. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. The installer, Shane was friendly and professional. We had the attic installation put down and a probiotic system installed. I am very satisfied with this company.

I had my Mulitinlayer insulation…
I had my Mulitinlayer insulation installed about a month ago. Everyone was kinda! Had a few concern about how the insulation looked in the attic, called and spoke to the manager Marc about my concerns. Quickly sent out technicians on there nearest service day to get me taken care of. Tech nick and Chris resolved my problems and showed me pictures of the difference! Looks great now !
Great products, no pressure, professional job
The inspector explained what we needed done in our attic and why. The crew was friendly and thorough. They answered our questions and explained everything they did. They worked in some tight spaces but got the job done!
The presentation with Mitchell
The presentation with Mitchell, he was very good at presenting the products. The food was delicious as well, the chicken was fantastic. James the inspector came out the next day to inspect my home. He suggested a Crystallo to filter out my water. We found quit a few contaminates and excited to get them filtered. James was very thorough and nice, very easy to talk to. The techs Nick and Rex, were great! Showed up on time and ready to go. Explained everything they did and the work looked beautiful!
Good experience and good results.
The salesperson and the installer were knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. I noticed an immediate change after installing the insulation. My downstairs has remained 3 degrees warmer overnight and my upstairs is 3 degrees cooler during the day. The temperature difference between the downstairs and the upstairs has dropped from 5-7 degrees to 2-4 degrees.

The presentation by Steve was very informative and the restaurant choice and meal was superb. The house inspection was very informative and the inspector Jory was very helpful in explaining what needed or not needed to be done. The workers, Shane and Cory, were very friendly and professional. We had the attic installation put down, an attic fan installed, and the mold treated. Overall, we are very satisfied with this company.
Installation
Dillon, Chase and Brandon arrived promptly, they were very efficient and completed the installation sooner than was estimated. They cleaned up after their work and provided outstanding service.
Very Positive experience
We had a ventilation fan, insulation, and the Eco Probiotics system installed in our attic as well as mold abatement. The installers, Chase & Darrick, were very professional and completed the job in less then four hours. I'm very pleased with all aspects of the job.
Great business to work with.
Went to a presentation put on by Steve Enright. Right from the start he kept telling us there was nothing to buy that night. We signed up to have a inspector come look at our house. We first had Harley, their inspector, over to check out our house. He was very thorough. He went over what he found and what he recommended. He didn't try to push us into getting anything. We decided on getting the Solar fan and a water filter system. We also had mold in attic, which we had them treat also. Chase & Dillon were the installers. They were on time, very polite and did a great job. They cleaned up after they were done. They were done in just a few hours. Great guys to do business with.

After sitting through the very informative presentation by Steve Enright and taking advantage of the free home inspection, we decided to have their attic fan installed. Harley, Dillon and Chase were all very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We are looking forward to the benefits of having this attic fan.

Everyone from Steve, Harley, to Chase and Dillion. They were great to work with. To Steve and Harley trying their hardest to help me out cause of me being allergic to mold. I had them put in solar fan and sprayed the mold in the attic. The guys were very knowledgeable in their jobs. May God Bless these guys.
Excellent presentation and home inspection.
The presentation was informative and professionally presented. I could see the benefits of the TriGuard Multi Layered Insulation system as well as the other systems offered. I signed up for a home inspection. Jory performed the inspections and was very professional and courteous. Discovered that I had more mold than expected. I was sold on the TriGuard insulation system and purchased it for my home. The installers, Shane and Tom were courteous, knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful. I am waiting to see how this performs. If it does well, I will start specifying it on my projects. Larry, Architect
