Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices
i ordered the dumpster and when the driver arrived he refused to leave it. He claimed he didnt have enough space...56 feet for a 22 foot dumpster. they told me i should have blocked off the street (illegal and would have gotten me municipal summonses). it cost 842 of which they only refunded 668 claiming they charge for the trip. pretty good racket...send an incompetent driver then charge a truck fee and take the dumpster back. make a lot of money and never even need to drop dumpster. they are now being sued
