We welcome honest feedback—but this review is not an accurate representation of what occurred. At no point was there an unexpected $400 charge. What the customer is referring to is a refundable security hold, which is clearly disclosed and must be acknowledged before placing an order online. This is standard industry practice and not an additional fee. When the dumpster was ready for pickup, the hold could not be authorized due to an issue with the card provided. Despite repeated claims that the card was valid, it continued to decline. Our team spent several days working to resolve this. Throughout this process, our staff remained professional, even while being met with repeated interruptions, inappropriate language, and threats to post negative reviews across multiple platforms in an attempt to force a different outcome. A manager did step in and worked with another individual from the customer’s party to reach an amicable solution. Once that solution was in place, the dumpster was removed within a couple of hours. We stand by our team and how this situation was handled. We are always transparent about our policies, and we encourage customers to review and acknowledge all terms during the ordering process to avoid misunderstandings.

We do want to address your concern regarding the item that was removed at the time of pickup. As clearly indicated on the container with multiple “Maximum Load Level” markings, all materials must remain below the designated fill line for safety and compliance reasons. In this case, there were several items loaded above that level. Our driver made the decision to remove one item that was positioned in a way that presented a potential safety risk during transport. While it may have appeared secure while stationary, once the container is lifted onto the truck—particularly at an incline—items above the load line can shift or become airborne. The tarp is only deployed after the container is secured on the truck, so tarping it first was not an option. Additionally, it is not our responsibility to rearrange or “fix” a customer’s load at pickup. Proper loading—ensuring materials are safely contained below the maximum fill line—is the responsibility of the customer. Our role is to transport the container safely once it meets those requirements. Please note that in situations where a container is overloaded, we reserve the right to refuse pickup or apply additional trip charges. In this instance, we proceeded with the service and removed only the item that posed the most immediate concern, allowing us to complete the job without further inconvenience or cost to you. Our top priority is the safety of our drivers, the public, and surrounding property. We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to adhere to the posted load guidelines to avoid similar issues in the future.
