I visited the store three times and each young man was so nice and directed me to what I was looking for. They don’t follow you all around the store, they aren’t on commission so the shopping experience is nice, no pressure.
Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. No pressure at all. We were offered water, dr. Pepper, even an ice cream!! The prices are amazing as well. We will absolutely do all of our buisness for furniture at Home Zone.
The staff was wonderful. I liked being informed with when the delivery would arrive, and the call I from when they were 20 minutes away from the delivery. I was kept well informed.
First of all the nice salesperson, that greeted me as I walked in the doors, she lead me to exactly what I was looking for, because I already had an ideal of what I wanted. The process was very easy when purchasing. I even got to lay in a few comfortable beds before making my final decision.

My purchase was easy and the sales person Paola was very helpful and kind. Additionally, she did not pressure me to make a purchase. I have pieces that are on backorder but HZ has been providing updates to set an explectation of delivery. We LOVE our new high-quality Malibu sectional! It's great for family night and naps!

Jenny greeted us and mentioned to us that she did not work on commission and would help us in anything we would need. She walked us through the mattresses in all different price ranges. We made our selection and we also purchased a bedroom set and she basically did all the work in getting an increase on my Synchrony Home card to cover my purchase. Very great demeanor and never gave me the feeling of being pressured. Even got a fudge popsicle and water at the end.
