Paola was amazing during our visit to purchase a sofa as well as our previous visit to browse your selections. She was very informative, providing information about pricing, financing options and specials and delivery. More importantly, though, she was an absolute pleasure to interact and visit with. She had a smile on her face the second we walked in the door and was happy to answer our questions and just talk with us. We really enjoyed working with her and will definitely be back to see her again.
Jackie was super helpful but not aggressive in her sales technique. We had some issues accessing our funds to pay initially and she was very patient and thoughtful throughout the process. We hope to get our furniture sooner than later as we are super excited to start this new chapter of our lives.
