I ordered a cat bed over 60 days ago and have yet to receive it. Customer service keeps telling me various stories and asks for patience. I really believe I may never receive the order. Never purchase anything from this company.
I had a very bad experience with Honestous.com. I ordered two perfumes but only received one. When I contacted customer service, they were slow to respond and kept avoiding responsibility. They first gave me a tracking number from China which clearly showed that the second perfume never arrived. Later, they sent me a completely different tracking number that suddenly said the package was “delivered”—but I never received anything. What’s even worse is that they advertise their products as being shipped from Europe, when in reality, they are using dropshipping from China. I confirmed this through the tracking numbers they provided: Original China tracking: JSEEH2827496649YQ Dropbox Shipping tracking: 14493736352127253594 They also told me to contact the “local delivery service,” but never gave me the name of the courier, making it impossible to investigate the missing package myself. They have offered no real solution, no refund, and no proper reshipment. They’re simply shifting the responsibility to the customer. I do not recommend this store at all. Misleading marketing, shady logistics, and customer service that completely fails to take accountability. You think you’re buying from a trustworthy store and end up losing your money.
