Brooke was amazing to work with throughout our journey with Boone! She was always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and consistent with her advice. From training and feeding to harnesses, leashes, toys, and treats, she recommended everything we needed to get Boone off to a great start. My family and I recently moved from Arizona to Egypt for a one year humanitarian assignment, and we wanted a puppy to make our new house feel more like home. From the very beginning, Julie at honestpet made the entire process easy. She was always available, kept us informed every step of the way, and gave us complete confidence. She is incredibly knowledgeable. We ended up choosing Felix, our 12 week old Cavapoo, and we could not be happier. Julie was patient with all of our questions, sent us updates, explained the travel process, and made sure we understood everything before Felix came home. Buying a puppy while living internationally felt overwhelming at first, but she made it feel organized and surprisingly smooth. Felix arrived safely at Cairo International Airport with a flight nanny exactly as planned. When we picked him up, he was healthy, calm, and even sweeter than we expected. All of his paperwork was organized and complete, including his health records, vaccination records, and veterinary docs. That gave us so much peace of mind, especially with an international delivery. What has impressed us just as much is the support after Felix arrived. Brooke has been wonderful during our post purchase Zoom training sessions. She has helped us with practical tips for getting Felix settled, answered our questions, and made us feel supported. I love the continued care and guidance. Very helpful. Felix has adjusted beautifully. He is playful, affectionate, smart, and has the sweetest personality. He has already brought so much joy to our family and has made this temporary move feel much more like home. Our experience has been so positive that we are already considering getting Felix’s sibling as well. We are very grateful to Julie, Brooke, and the entire HonestPet team for making this such a smooth experience.
I found the puppy of my dreams on HonestPet and the employees I worked with throughout the process (Brooke and Stormi) were so wonderful. Stormi was who I worked with at the beginning interviewed me about why I wanted the puppy and answered a lot of my initial questions. Brooke helped set me up with someone who had previously gotten a puppy from the same breeder and also sent me a ton of pictures and videos to make me feel comfortable about not being able to meet him in person. I was worried about that, but felt better after a lot of back and forth. She also organized the transport which was included in the price. I did a two week stay and train before getting my pup and would highly recommend it. Even though I’ve had my pup for a few months now, Brooke checks in and I can also text her and she gets right back to me. She’s currently helping me reset my puppy since he’s had an adolescent regression and gave me advice on what to ask my vet about with some bloodwork abnormalities. The 10 year health guarantee was also a big reason I went with HonestPet. Would absolutely recommend.
We received our precious Franchie Bulldog on June 11, 2026. She arrived looking not well at all. We took her the next day to the Vet Hospital. She tested positive for: Giardia, Metronidazole, Round worms, whip worms, and Isospora. I asked Honest Pet to give me all records of her shots and vaccines. All I received was that she had had a rabies vaccine on June 9th and that was it. Unexcusable for a 7 month old not to have any shots or vaccines. Honest Pet did not get in touch with me until 8 days later to check in. Today, June 19th, she is starting to get better and we are so very thankful that we saved her. If any of you are thinking about adopting a dog from Honest Pet, I hope you really research the Breeder.
I just recently got a Cavapoo from Honestpet and my experience was great! My husband and I did a lot of research before because we were a bit weary of buying a puppy online. They let us video chat with the puppy beforehand which I found great and answered all the questions we had. They even delivered our puppy to our door at no extra charge. I would recommend!!

My first encounter with HonestPet was with Stormi. She was so sweet, when I told her the puppy I was looking for she worked very hard to find my tiny Mighty Dave. He is perfect, just love him. Mallory has been wonderful since the beginning. The wonderful couple that drove him to me were so kind. They took a picture of us, that was very special. I will never forget any of them. My "Toy" Poodle was listed with both parents weighing 7 lbs each. Said he should be 7 to 10 lbs full grown. At 6 months, he is already 12 lbs. My vet expects he will be 16 to 18 lbs. NOT the dog I had planned on raising at 70.

Overall, my experience with Honest Pet has been a good one. I got my puppy this past Friday (3/27/26)I had to pick her up, because the delivery time was not an ideal time or date, so I drive 7.5 hours one way to pick her up (to no fault of Honestpet, or the transport company themselves, they were all quick to respond and were helpful with questions about delivery.) I could have had them deliver her another date, but I had already waited what felt like an eternity, and I was impatient. She is absolutely adorable and is the exact puppy that I expected from the photos. I was extremely skeptical about buying a puppy online, and to my surprise it was legit. I do have concerns however. First one isn’t a huge deal to me as I don’t plan to breed her or put her in shows or anything where it really matters, but to someone else it might. For the price of these puppies, I expected them to be officially AKC registered, and come with papers. My particular puppy did not. (I got a miniature long hair dachshund.) I am able to “register” her with AKC partners, which from what I understand is kinda pointless, as it is only for dogs that are not able to be registered officially. I paid over 5k for her, and I find it insane that for that price she isn’t officially AKC registered. Which makes me wonder if the breeders are reputable and not a backyard breeding situation. Which leads me to another concern, which is for the price you pay for the puppies, I feel they should be expected to have the puppies vaccinated by an actual veterinarian, not the breeder. I just find it hard to trust it was done, and done correctly unless done or supervised at least by a licensed veterinarian. She seems healthy, and happy, and fits right in with our family. I do not regret buying from HonestPet, I just wish there was more “proof” of the legitimacy of the breeders. I purchased a puppy from pet land and they even provided proof of the breeders property being inspected, and information on the breeders themselves. I was hoping for the same Information with this company. But in my case, all I got was some vague vet records, information on the complementary 30 day insurance, and some guides on what to expect with a new puppy, and some info on training stuff. No real “paperwork” or proof of purchase or anything like that. I just feel for the price you pay, they should be a little more transparent about the breeders, and unless specifically listed as a mixed breed, should be AKC certified puppies. Again though, I am overall happy with the experience, and absolutely love my puppy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and answered questions and did what they could to ease my mind throughout the process.
The whole experience was great. Susie and Laila worked with me to secure the perfect pup. Michelle in transport was thorough and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Our toy Cavapoo was delivered this past Sunday and transport was amazing. She is 8 weeks old and already potty trained upon arrival, which we could not believe. The breeder did a wonderful job as well as Honestpet. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a puppy. It is 100% worth it. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

Includes the salesperson Tiffany right down to white glove delivery from Legacy trans. I like to give special thanks to their customer care specialist Brooke. I think this company is very well managed first off….when me and my girlfriend were looking for a puppy we spoke to a Laila. That only made our experience even better she helped us find a little guy named Dwight and he’s been home for about 3 weeks now. He is smart,playfull,happy and most of all he is just what we saw in the pictures! Don’t worry if you get a dog from here…I assure you will love them!

The employees were very good to work with Susie wast great.Especially Booke she was so understanding and knew exactly what I needed to help me get the perfect puppy. She never made me fill like i was bothering her. Also got right to back to me. You are very lucky to have an employee.
