I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel as if my wonderful experience should be documented. I was previously scammed out of a $8k French Bulldog, which left my husband and I with so much hesitation on online puppy platforms. However, not only was Stormi so friendly and easy to work with, she herself had experience with breeding puppies herself! My husband and I just felt so at ease with the whole experience, and we ended up adopting a new French bulldog, less than what we were scammed out of. Brooke also deserves a shoutout as well. She taught me how to properly care for a puppy and how to crate train my new dog! If you are feeling skeptical, let go of it and you won’t regret giving Honestpet a try.

SICK FRENCHIE
I purchased a French Bulldog from a breeder who sold puppies for Honest Pet. The first day we had him, we noticed he was shaking when he slept and the first night he began convulsing. We immediately took him to the emergency vet. The vet says that he has some type of neurological disorder. They are keeping him until we find out more information. When I contacted HonestPet for guidance, they basically said that we could return the dog to the breeder. We said we had already bonded with him and wanted him to be treated. They basically just blamed the issue on the breeder and said there was nothing they could do. They said we needed to have proof in the form of genetic testing, doctor's notes, etc. to get a refund and that we could not keep the dog. This place is HORRIBLE. Please do not use. They are merely a pet broker who marks up the pets by about $2000-3000, pockets the money...then washes their hands of the animal.

Brooke was super easy to work with
Brooke was super easy to work with. She helped me crate train my puppy! it was a really easy experience.
We are first time dog owners and needed guidance on whether we were choosing the right type of dog for our lifestyle. Brooke was readily available to answer questions and provide recommendations. We were able to have a live video meeting to see our top choices IRL which was very helpful. Being able to see their dispositions helped us to make our final decision.
We have had Lucy for over a month and we are extremely happy with our choice. She is exactly what we had hoped for and was obviously well cared for before she became a member of our family.
Brooke has provided guidance after Lucy arrived and continues to be helpful.
Working with Honest Pet has been a very positive experience and I would recommend them to any family or individual.

I purchased a Cavapoo from Honestpet a couple weeks ago. However, although I was happy that my puppy was adorable and in great health, the thing that really sets Honestpet apart is their customer service. Brooke was a gem. After my Cavapoo arrived home, she was always quick to respond to my messages, and even helped me potty train my puppy upon arrival. I am still contact with Brooke till this day (and even other members of our team). I couldn’t recommend it more.

Pleasantly Surprised
Our family had been looking for a puppy for months, and HonestPet ended up being the company we felt most comfortable with after speaking to several different places. The team was knowledgeable, answered every question we had, and was upfront about timing, pricing, and what to expect throughout the process. To be honest, the pricing transparency was great. I checked other sites and we were always hit with many different fees at checkout...vax fees, delivery fees, and so on.
I'm really happy with everything through honestpet. Clear pricing, a very knowledgeable team, and a beautiful, healthy puppy.
We had a really good experience with HonestPet. Julie was easy to work with, answered our questions, and never made us feel pressured. Our Cavapoo arrived exactly when expected, healthy and well cared for. Brooke followed up after delivery and helped us through the first few days, which made a big difference. Overall, everything was organized and professional from start to finish.

Trustworthy and Reliable
Brooke has probably answered more random questions from us than she realizes, and every time she’s been patient and genuinely helpful. Sometimes it was about training, sometimes it was just us wanting a second opinion because we weren’t sure if we were doing something right. It never felt like we were getting canned answers or being rushed off the phone. That kind of follow up isn’t something you expect anymore, and it’s made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming. Having someone you can actually reach out to after the excitement wears off has been a really nice part of working with HonestPet.
My husband and I went back and forth for a while before deciding to move forward. We had talked to a couple of different companies, but something always felt off. We ended up working with Julie, and she was just easy to talk to. If she didn’t know an answer right away, she’d find it and get back to us. There wasn’t any sales talk or pressure, which we appreciated.
The process itself was pretty simple. We got updates when there was actually something to update, and everything happened about when they said it would. By the time our puppy came home, we felt like we knew what to expect instead of wondering what was going on.
A few days later Brooke reached out to see how things were going. We had already realized puppies don’t come with instruction manuals, so we had a handful of questions. She walked us through a few things, gave us some practical advice, and checked in again later that week. It didn’t feel like a scripted followup. It just felt like someone making sure things were going okay. The kids are attached to him already, and the house feels different with him around. Looking back, the whole experience was pretty much what we hoped it would be. Nothing flashy, nothing overpromised, just good communication, good people, and a puppy that has been a great fit for our family.
We spent a few weeks looking at different companies before deciding on HonestPet. Buying a puppy online isn’t something we wanted to rush into, so we probably did more research than most people. One of the biggest reasons we chose HonestPet was because there were so many positive reviews. That gave us a lot more confidence.
Our experience ended up being pretty much what we were hoping for. Michelle handled the delivery and was great about keeping us updated. She answered my questions quickly and always let us know what was happening, which made the wait a lot easier.
After our puppy came home, Brooke from customer care reached out to check on us. I honestly didn’t expect much after the sale, but she spent time answering questions about feeding, settling in, and a few random things we were worried about as first-time puppy owners. She never made us feel rushed, and it was nice knowing there was someone we could actually reach out to.
Our puppy arrived healthy, happy, and exactly as described, with all of the paperwork and vaccination records organized. The first few days were definitely an adjustment, but that’s just part of bringing home a puppy.
No company is perfect, but what stood out to us was that everyone actually followed through. The communication was consistent, nobody disappeared after we paid, and we always felt like we knew what was going on.
Overall, we’re really happy we chose HonestPet. It was a smooth experience from start to finish, and we’d definitely recommend them to friends or family looking for a puppy.

Fraudulent representation, sell puppies with mutated genes
I purchased a "Cavapoo" puppy from HonestPet. When he reached a few months old, he did not look like a Cavapoo. A DNA test revealed that he was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel x Bichon Frise x Toy Poodle x Standard Poodle x Chihuahua and Cocker Spaniel. It was a clear case of FRAUD. He was also later diagnosed with Chondrodysplasia, Chondrodystrophy, and had a red flag alert for potentially having degenerative disc disease. When I explained the problem and sent the dna test...they would not do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

What really stood out about HonestPet was that they didn’t disappear after the sale. They truly care about their customers and their puppies long after they arrive home.

My gf and I live on the lower east side in manhattan. Growing up she had always wanted a puppy. After some research, I found a Fluffy Frenchie from here. The employees that I spoke to were very helpful and it was obvious they knew a lot. The surprise went exactly as planned. Thanks!!!!!

We brought our puppy home a few weeks…
We brought our puppy home a few weeks ago, and I realized I never left a review. Honestly, I expected that once we picked up our puppy, we'd pretty much be on our own. That wasn't the case at all. A few days after we got home, Brooke reached out and scheduled a Zoom call with us. She spent almost an hour going over everything from potty training and crate training to feeding schedules, teething, and even some of the little behaviors we were already noticing. We had a list of questions ready, and she answered every single one without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. It felt like talking to someone who genuinely wanted us to be successful with our new puppy. She even gave us a few tips that started working almost immediately, especially with getting him comfortable in his crate at night. Brooke even helped me identify the best crate and supplies for my pup.
Our puppy has been healthy, playful, and has fit right into our family. Buying a puppy online was a little intimidating at first, but the communication before, during, and especially after bringing him home made a huge difference. It's nice knowing that if something comes up, there's still someone there to help. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have had such a wonderful experience with HonestPet from the very beginning. Tiffany helped me find the perfect poodle that fits my lifestyle, and I couldn’t imagine a better match than my sweet Sassy.
One thing that has really stood out to me is the communication and lifetime support they provide. I’ve already had two training sessions with Brooke for help with potty training and crate training, and she has been amazing. She is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and gave me tips that have truly helped make the transition with Sassy so much easier.
HonestPet has also been there for more than just training. When Sassy first came home, she was having a little trouble adjusting and wasn’t wanting to eat much. I took her to the vet and they gave her something to help stimulate her appetite. HonestPet checked in on us and covered the cost of her treatment, which meant so much.
You can tell they really care about their puppies even after they go home. I would absolutely recommend HonestPet to anyone looking to add a new puppy to their family!
