The speed of when I receive my order was good . But I had a missing item. I called and no answer and try to use the chat no one available. Is like customer service non existent. Update: after leaving a voice mail They contacted me and were able to replace the fan. They do need to update the contact hours . When I called the number on the website no one answered.
