Tommy in your technical department was great! I had my own HVAC business for 35 years and was in the field over 50 years. I have dealt with all sorts of technical support people through those years. Tommy was on top of the good list. His calm approach and patience with answering my technical questions was great and his follow up email with information that he thought I could use was great!

The relay panel was well explained on the website, but I had a couple additional questions. I called and left a message and a couple days later I did receive a call back. I took a chance ordering the panel. After placing the order, I received the order conformation, but you're in limbo wondering if it shipped or the arrival date. However, the relay panel did arrive in a timely manner and quality is very good.

My representative Tammy really really work very hard in helping me. She put my package together very neatly and was very honest with me.
