We are a designer group and using eco-friendly materials e.g. recycled polyester(including plastic bottles) to make clothing and send them to our customers directly. The recycled fiber that made from more eco-friendly material (including plastic bottle) is to show that how we care about Earth. For the polyester material we use, we only work with the GRS certified suppliers of recycled products, so you can wear our clothing with confidence. Ordered two t-shirts, contact them after a month, they say the transaction did not go through from my bank. I contact my bank and they confirm that the transaction went through. Contact hooshops again and they basically recommends me to report the transaction as scam...
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I ordered 2 shirts from them. It took over 30 days to get here from China. 1 of the shirts was completely wrong (wrong size & wrong print). The other shirt had missing buttons. I contacted them and for some strange reason they were only willing to replace the wrong shirt they sent. They suggested I take the buttons from the wrong shirt I received and sew them onto the defective shirt I received. What company on this planet suggests to a buying customer that they themselves attempt to fix a defective product the company sent?? I told them that was ridiculous and a customer should not have to repair a defective shirt. Then they offered a $3 refund. I pushed them again and they offered a $5 refund. In the end they switched from a refund and offered a $10 credit on my next order. (Like I will ever order from this scam company again). Now they are playing email games and bait & switching what they promise. Don't fall for the scam. This company is NOT LEGITIMATE. STAY FAR AWAY!!

The discount coupons are a nice incentive. After all is said and done I would say your prices are reasonable for what you receive. And the product I received looked just like what was advertised. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. 6 weeks after I paid for my shirt, USPS shows delivered in Chicago when I live in Houston. Hooshops response: just pay us again and maybe you'll get your shirt this time. Buyer beware!
