There are some recent changes to our registered mail policy , all tracking numbers will be shared via text message instead of emails (as we noticed for some customers it ended up in spam) due to the nature of our content. The plastic packaging is a standard flyer bag provided by Singpost and mandatory to be used for registered mail so it fits into your mailbox. In this occasion, the box packaging might be removed to ensure it fits. We will be making recommendations to customers to use an alternative delivery method rather than 'registered mail' for larger items.

As a returning customer. The prices were ok. However I wasn't offered any promo except for a free delivery but that's not a biggie. Yes i shouldn't have gone for the biggest blind box, i just thought perhaps i might just get something i was looking for. The box shape wasn't even matching but at least on a positive note it came with something else I really needed. Kind of keen to try the mystery again but will consider. I believe prices these days are crucial ij marketing which will have major influence on demand/supply & especially with the current ongoing inflation &high cost of living standards. I do sincerely hope i get lucky if I try again. Had a long day so I'll leave it there.
