They have the best price and good stock. if products are not in stock the delivery time can be long, but this is normal for some products.
Hi Juanita, Thank you for your ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ positive comments on TrustPilot!
We appreciate your positive feedback. Thank you so much!
Hose Warehouse is cheaper and faster to obtain specialised Saint Gobain tubing than local distributors in Australia.
We really appreciate it Michael! 👍👍
Thank you Claud! We hope to work with you in the future too! 🙂
they had the part needed , that could not find anywhere else.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really appreciate the feedback on TrustPilot! Thank you Mike!
Easy to follow website ordering goods was relatively straight forward. Goods were shipped promptly and carrier used (FEDEX) ensured goods arrived on-time and perfect condition. The only thing that could be improved would be to state the level of stock availability on website at time of ordering. So purchasers know if the goods are actually in stock at the time of placing an order.
We sincerely appreciate the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review on TrustPilot Brian! Thanks!!
Quick and easy to order online. Arrived within 2 weeks always a very good experience dealing with Hose Warehouse
Thanks for everything, Matie! The feeling of always having a good experience is reciprocal. :)
Hose Warehouse carries a nice selection of tubing and has delivered the correct parts each time. They respond to emails (ie, they actually have customer service) and the pricing is competitive. My only suggestion would be to state if the product is stocked or provide proficient lead times in order to make smart choices when ordering. I would recommend Hose Warehouse
Thanks, Don! We do have some product lines showing stock, and Midland Metal even shows our stock and stock at their facility! The API was installed last week. We're trying to improve further, too. Thanks for the feedback!
Great customer service-confirmation of the order, notification of shipping, delivery itself-all prompt and very professional. Perfect communication, pleasure to have business with.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback & try to earn your business every time you need something! Have a great day!
Thank you so much Sam! Glad we could be there for you.
Thanks so much Dave! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The air fitting was good quality and shipping as good
Thank you for allowing us to serve you. :)
I did some research and found hose warehouse reasonably priced and product on hand. Would recommend them to everyone. Ordering was easy as well.
Thank you so much Ken! We really appreciate your business and feedback!
Price wad reasonable
Thank you Gordon! Have a great day!
Caution! Most things they don't carry, they order everything and it takes forever! Strung me along and held my money for 5 months before telling me they couldn't get what I ordered and tried to switch me to another product that was 50% higher cost. They would not honor the price of what was sold. Bait and switch.
We apologize that the manufacturer (Jason) discontinued the hose series you ordered, and I understand we tried to provide an alternative, which was unfortunately more expensive. TrustPilot does not reference order numbers, so I am going from a recent interaction with a customer. After research, please let us know if we can be of assistance. We want to be your wholesale distributor and would appreciate the opportunity.
Thank you for the review, Manuel! :)
Best source I’ve found for Dixon garden hose fittings and quick couplings. All brass, no more failed plastic fittings every couple years.
Truth! Industrial grade far exceeds the consumer-grade, which is more commonly found in the chain of big box stores. I've learned that lesson the hard way too. Thanks for the review and being a repeat customer Tom!
The hose was out of stock but they were able to get it quickly and got it shipped out right away. Quality hose, good communication.
