I am a repeat customer for several years now! I have found no better supplier for Dixon brass garden hose fittings! True there is no free shipping, but the shipping cost is reasonable and the packing/packaging was fully up to the task of the FedEx gorillas! [edit] Yup, that’s the one! If you need parts fast, do not bother paying for expedited shipping, it’s completely pointless. Ordered multiple items and a couple days later got an email saying they were out of stock and needed to be sourced from their supplier. Nothing on the website indicated this at the time of purchase, no out of stock label, no backorder notice, nothing. When I reached out, I was told to “call ahead before ordering” to check stock levels. On an e-commerce site. In 2026. Poor customer service and a complete waste of time. Will not be ordering here again.

I was having trouble finding the tubing I needed from our usual vendor (I'm in Canada). Thanks to Google, I was able to find it through Hose Warehouse. HW didn't have it in stock at that moment, however they were able to procure what I needed and send it to me quickly. We use a heat sealer with the tubing, so it had to be a specific tubing type/model#. I'm so happy we found it!
