An Excellent Product
Not only are the additives well reviewed by users but also, they were very friendly and helpful when I called with a question. I will certainly buy again.

There was a issue with a leaking bottle. I didn't even call and say anything. They called me asking if I received the order. I just mentioned about the leaking bottle. No questions asked, they sent out a replaced. They have excellent customer service. Which is difficult to find in today's age.

Probably no fault of yours but I still haven’t received my purchase which was made April 19, today is May 5. UPS says it was damaged and returned to you. Apparently it’s been reshipped. I’ve been driving a qt low on oil for 2 weeks now because I expected the additive when I had the truck serviced a requested them to leave room for your product. I really wished you would have sent the replacement “next or 2nd day” air.
